Straightforward, on-site pricing.
Lab-based data recovery is priced in clear bands, and the initial inspection is free. All prices exclude VAT, and every job gets a fixed quote before work starts. On-site visits are charged hourly, with separate rates depending on whether it's routine data recovery work or a ransomware incident.
LAB-BASED RECOVERY
Initial inspection
We look at your device and tell you what has failed and the best way to recover it, with a fixed quote before any work begins.
Assessment fee
One-time and non-refundable. Only applies if the drive has to be opened or needs clean room work.
Logical data recovery
Deleted files, formatted drives and corrupted partitions, with no physical damage.
Standard hardware recovery
Minor hardware issues such as bad sectors or firmware problems.
Clean room physical recovery
Clicking, grinding or non-spinning drives that need a head or motor repair.
SSD recovery (SATA, NVMe)
Controller failure, NAND-level access and firmware damage.
RAID and NAS recovery
All RAID levels, single or multiple disk failure, controller failure and rebuilds.
USB stick and memory card recovery
Damaged or unrecognised USB flash drives, SD and microSD cards.
